The information you are about to read are factual timelines of events that happened beginning on the morning of September 11th, 2001. The times listed are from airline transcripts, FAA transcripts, cell phone calls made from the airlines and other reliable sources. You do not see the “rest of the story” as Paul Harvey would say until you put “everything” in chronological order. Also, as the old saying states, "a picture is worth a thousand words", you will see photos and graphics that will shock you.
After compiling this timeline, I was shocked to see truth. You will read how President Bush knew of the hijackings well before he left the resort at 8:30 AM and how there had been plenty of time to scramble fighter jets to intercept the planes. It is suppose to be standard procedure that when a plane is even suspected of being hijacked within the U.S., jets are to be scrambled immediately. However, that did not happen in a timely manner.
Below are two illustrations of the flight paths of the planes. One is a graphic moving illustration of the crazy flight paths of American Flight 11 and United Flight 175 that crashed into the Towers. This is basically the same thing that air traffic controllers were seeing as well.
The second one is a graphic flight path of all four planes, including Flight 93 that flew 300 miles, turned around and flew another 300 miles before being destroyed. I state destroyed because the facts show that Flight 93 could have only been shot down. Keep in mind that both of these flights were headed for Los Angeles. The minute they veered off course the alarm should have been sounded.
For the first time, you read how controllers overheard the hijackers on radio transmissions within 24 minutes of when Flight 11 and Flight 175 left Logan International. That left 21 minutes before American Flight 11 struck the North Tower, and 39 minutes before United Flight 175 struck the South Tower. Plenty of time for F-15 jets from Otis Air Force Base that could have intercepted the planes within 10-12 minutes. When they were finally approved to intercept the planes by Air Command, it has been noted in Air Command flight records they flew in excess of Mach 3+ over metropolitan areas to try and intercept the planes. The problem is, they didn't take off in time and my question is why were they held back? However, American Airlines flight services knew Flight 11 was hijacked at 8:15 AM due to a call from a flight attendant on the flight. This is 31 minutes before Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower. You'll also read how flight controllers could not contact Flight 11 at 8:17 AM. After reading the facts to follow, many questions will be answered of what really happpened on 911 and not what you have been led to believe happened.

How The Day Begun - All times are Eastern Standard Time
6:30 AM - President Bush goes for morning 4 mile jog with Secret Service. President Bush stayed overnight at Colony Beach Resort, 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat, Florida ( See Map )
Total driving miles to school from resort, 9 miles. Approximately 15-20 minutes driving time.
7:59 AM - American flight 11 leaves Logan International Airport, Boston
8:13 AM - American Flight 11 gets instructions to turn 20 degrees to the right from Boston Control Center "AAL11 turn 20 right.” Flight 11 responds: "20 right AAL11." Then controller instructs "AAL11 now climb maintain FL350 35,000 feet” There is no reply from Flight 11.
8:14 AM - United flight 175 leaves Logan International Airport, Boston
8:14 AM - Air traffic controllers at Nashua Federal Aviation Administration now try contacting American Flight 11, twice, including transmitting on emergency frequency 121.5, no response from aircraft either time. Controllers notice the planes transponder has been turned off. This was a bad sign that something was not right. Keep in mind that when transponders are turned off it enhances its radar signature and gives controllers information, such as its flight number and altitude which means that NORAD Command can track them more easily.
8:15 AM - Amy Sweeney, a flight attendant on Flight 77 calls flight services manager Michael Woodward and said she sees only four of the five hijackers believed to be aboard. She describes them as Middle Eastern and said they had stabbed two flight attendants. She further tells him, ''A hijacker cut the throat of a business-class passenger, and he appears to be dead,'' she added. The hijackers stormed the front of the plane and ''have just gained access to the cockpit.''
8:17 AM - FAA transcripts show air traffic controllers at Nashua Federal Aviation Administration try contacting United Flight 175, twice, including transmitting on emergency frequency 121.5, no response from aircraft either time. *** SEVEN MINUTES PASS AS THE PLANES CHANGE FLIGHT PATHS DRASTICALLY CRUISING AT AN AIR SPEED IN EXCESS OF 495 MPH. THEY ARE MONITORED BY THE FAA DOING THIS ***
8:24 AM - FAA transcripts show air traffic controllers hears the following being transmitted from American Flight 11. Evidently, one of the hijackers confused the aircraft's radio with its public-address system. "We have some planes. Just stay quiet and you will be OK. We are returning to the airport. Nobody move."
The air traffic controller responds "Who's trying to call me?" No one responds from Flight 11. However, this is heard next, it is the same highjacker. "Everything will be OK. If you try to make any moves, you'll endanger yourself and the airplane. Just stay quiet. Don't do anything foolish. You're not going to get hurt. We have more planes, we have other planes."
At this point, controllers knew that Flight 11 had been hijacked, but the FAA does not notify NORAD command until 8:38 AM, fourteen minutes later. However, an open telephone line with the Secret Service is established at 8:24 AM. This procedure with the FAA and Secret Service has been in effect since 1950, anytime there is a hijacking.
8:26 AM - Betty Ong, a flight attendant on Flight 11, calls American Airlines flight operations in Fort Worth from a seatback phone. She informs operations, “Two flight attendants had been stabbed, one was on oxygen, a passenger has had his throat slashed and looked dead and the highjackers have gotten into the cockpit." She identifies the seats of the hijackers and confirms that the plane is descending. The plane will crash into the North Tower in 19 minutes. Air Force F-15’s from Otis Air Force base can reach New York in 10-12 minutes, but are not ordered up by NORAD until 8:44 AM ( eighteen minutes have passed since
the call from the flight attendant and six minutes after FAA notified NORAD of hijacking ). F-15’s finally take off at 8:52 AM. * See below
8:27 AM - American flight 11 turns South, heading down the Hudson River toward New York City.
* Note - see below 8:38 AM. Why does FAA not contact NORAD command until 8:38 AM of hijackings? Fourteen minutes have passed since controllers heard the remarks coming from the cockpit of American Flight 11. FAA is in contact though with Secret Service.
8:30 AM - President’s motorcade leaves Colony Beach Resort for Emma Booker Elementary School.
( * See map above ) - Distance 9.0 miles. President Bush’s limousine is fully equipped with satellite telephone and television links to the White House, FAA, Pentagon.
8:33 AM - Another transmission American Flight 11 is heard from air traffic controllers, "Nobody move please. We are going back to the airport. Don't try to make any stupid moves." However, they were not going back to the airport. Flight 11 was twelve minutes away from crashing into the North Tower.
8:38 AM - FAA notifies NORAD command of 1st hijacking, American Flight 11.
( Note - see above, 8:24 AM. ) Controllers knew at 8:24 AM they had a hijacking taking place. Why the delay of 14 minutes in contacting NORAD?
8:42 AM - United Flight 175 veers from it's course again over New Jersey briefly continuing south for a couple of minutes before making a U-turn to the north, for New York City. It will crash into the South Tower in twenty one minutes.
8:42 AM - United Flight 93 takes off from Newark International, 40 minutes late. Flight 77 later crashes into the Pentagon at 9:38 AM. This gave the government 56 minutes to respond to this hijacking, but they did nothing. Air traffic controller confirms at 9:10 AM that Flight 93 has been hijacked. At 9:14 AM, FAA informs NORAD command that Flight 93 has been hijacked. Ten minutes later at, 9:24 AM, jets are finally scrambled from Langley in Virginia to intercept Flight 77 that is headed for the Pentagon. They do not take off until 9:30 AM. Sixteen minutes have passed from the first confirmation that Flight 93 has been
hijacked.
8:43 AM - FAA notifies NORAD command of 2nd hijacking, United Flight 175.
8:44 AM - Otis Air National Guard Base in Massachusetts orders two fighters scrambled.
They take off at 8:52 AM - see below. The F-15 has a top speed of 1875+ MPH. Otis Air Station is 153 miles East North East of NYC and the WTC. Flying at top speed and factoring in for take-off acceleration these planes should have arrived at the WTC at approximately 8:59 AM. United Flight 175 did not crash into the South Tower until 9:03 AM. Officials at Otis says F-15’s can reach New York City within 10-12 minutes. The jets did not arrive until 9:11 AM, eight minutes after the crash. This means the jets average speed was only 483.16 MPH, when it is 1875+MPH. Why were they flying so slow? In addition, NORAD held onto the information that the flight had been hijacked for as long as 20 minutes before ordering these
jets up. Why the delay, who were they talking to? Was it Condeleezza Rice, National Security Adviser who we are told spoke to President Bush on the telephone as soon as he arrived at the school at 8:50 AM and informed him of the first plane crash into the North Tower. However, I find this very puzzling that Bush would have to wait until he got to the school to take a call from Rice. The limousine has satellite phones which link directly to the White House. Something just does not add up here. Besides, keep in mind what John Cochrane, ABC News correspondent tells Peter Jennings at 8:48 AM below.
8:45 AM - American flight 11 crashes into North World Trade Center Tower
Based on FAA radar tracking reports, the following is a graphic illustration of the erratic flight paths of Flights 175 and 11 that crashed into the Towers. It is very obvious what has occurred in the air. Hijackings, yet no one in the government sees the problem? Both the FAA and NORAD Command were watching these flights paths. Or is the truth that officials at the FAA and NORAD Command timely reported their findings to the appropriate high level government officials? Instead, the planes were allowed to strike the Towers?
8:47 AM - After the first WTC place crash, the phone connection between the FAA and the Secret Service is elevated to the level of open lines. This has been a standard procedure between the FAA and Secret Service when the President in traveling. When any plane has crashed or any airport security has been breached, the FAA has an open phone line to the Secret Service. Secret Service is notified of first plane crash in North Tower at this time. Bush is en route to Emma Booker Elementary School.
8:47 AM - NORAD command informed of 1st plane hitting North Tower by FAA. It takes them two minutes to do so?
8:48 AM - About six blocks from the school, a news photographer overhears a radio transmission. The transmission says,” Press Secretary Ari Fleischer would be needed on arrival to discuss reports of some sort of crash and that Mr. Bush has a call waiting for him at his holding room in the school from National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice.”
8:48 AM - John Cochrane ABC News correspondent, travelling with the President made this comment on ABC Special Report with Peter Jennings, shortly after the 1st plane crash into the north tower and before President Bush reached Emma Booker Elementary.
"Peter, as you know, the President's down in Florida talking about education. He got out of his hotel suite this morning, was about to leave, reporters saw White House Chief of Staff, Andy Card, whisper into President’s ear. The reporter then asked the president, “Do you know what's going on in New York?” The President answered, “Yes, and I will have something about it later.” Cochrane then reported, “His first event is about half an hour at an elementary school in Sarasota, Florida.” So, President Bush already knew that airline hijackings were taking place prior to 8:30 AM when he departed the resort for the school. Orders should have already been given to send jets up to intercept the plane(s). If orders had been given prior to 8:30 AM, the jets from Otis Air Force Base would have reached the Towers air space within 10-12
minutes, plenty of time to intercept both planes and if need be shoot them down.
8:50 AM - United Flight systems operations center receives call from a flight attendant on Flight 175. "Oh my God. The crew has been killed, a flight attendant has been stabbed. We've been hijacked." Then the line went dead. Flight 175 does not crash into the South Tower until 9:03 AM, thirteen minutes later.
8:50 AM - Bush arrives at Emma Booker Elementary School
8:50 AM to 8:59 AM - Bush, as we are told, talks with National Security Advisor Rice on
the telephone in media holding room at school and is told of first crash into North World Trade Center Tower. However, I find this very puzzling that Bush would have to wait until he got to the school to take a call from Rice. The limousine has satellite phones in it that link directly to the White House. Something again just does not add up here. Ari Fliescher, Press Secretary, informs the press that Rice informed the President of the crash but supposedly they don’t know who or what caused it. Does this make any sense by the details you have read this far?
The FAA knew they had hijackings at 8:24 AM, some twenty-six minutes earlier. And keep in mind the FAA had an open telephone line with the Secret Service. This was approximately three minutes before President Bush arrived at the school and three minutes before he left the resort. I find this very disturbing that the President of the United States knows that at least two planes have been hijacked and are heading for New York and he thinks it is more important to go to a school and read to children. Is there something wrong with this picture?
* NOTE: Keep in mind that all major television networks, especially NBC who had a direct view of the Towers began transmitting live coverage at 8:46AM EST, less than a minute after American Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower. Also note that the video tape showing the plane actually crashing into the tower was not aired until the next day on the networks. Only the second crash was seen on “live” on the networks. This is very important to remember because of President Bush’s two statements later.
8:52 AM - Two F-15 Eagles take off from Otis in effort to intercept hijacked plane(s) after first plane has struck the World Trade Center at 8:45 AM. Jets should have arrived within 10-12 minutes, but did not arrive until 9 minutes after the crash. * See above at 8:44 AM. Controllers knew they had a hijacking at 8:24 AM, but did not notify NORAD command until 8:38 AM. Why did it take the FAA fourteen minutes to notify NORAD? Who did they have to get permission from to notify NORAD? The Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld or President Bush?
8:56 AM - American Flight 77’s transponder is turned off. Repeated calls for the next several minutes from controllers are not answered.
9:00 AM - United Flight Flight Center issues a systemwide messages to all United flights in the air warning of a potential cockpit intrusion on Flight 93 flying over western PA and northern Ohio.
9:00 AM - Last ground radar reading of Flight 172 is observed at 18,000 feet traveling at 480 MPH.
9:00 AM - Bush enters classroom of second graders.
9:03 AM - United flight 175 crashes into South World Trade Center Tower.
9:05 AM - Chief of Staff Andrew Card enters classroom and informs Bush of 2nd crash into the World Trade Center. Bush continues listening and reading to the children read for another 24 minutes according to ABCNews timing footage of the event. He tells the children a goat story and then finally excuses himself.
9:10 AM - Flight 93 from Newark is confirmed hijacked by flight controllers.
9:14 AM - FAA informs NORAD command Flight 93 has also been hijacked.
9:24 AM - NORAD Command orders jets scrambled from Langley Air Force Base in Virginia to intercept Flight 77.
9:25 AM - Air traffic controllers inform the US Secret Service as the Flight 77 makes a 360 degree turn just south of the Pentagon.
9:28 AM - A keyed microphone aboard Flight 93 reveals someone in the cockpit saying, "Get out of here!" It is heard by air traffic controllers.
9:29 AM - Jeremy Glick, a passenger on Flight 93, calls his wife and describes the hijackers and is informed about the attacks in New York.
9:30 AM - Three F-16 Fighting Falcons take off from Langley headed toward Washington area. Keep in mind the FAA knew that Flight 77 had been hijacked at 8:50. This is 40 minutes after the fact. See 9:36 AM.
9:35 AM - Flight 93, near Cleveland, makes a 180 turn toward Washington after flying 300 miles in the wrong direction. The hijackers lost their way. This gave extra time for the FAA and NORAD to react if they had on a timely basis.
9:36 AM - National Airport instructs a military C130 aircraft that had just departed Andrews Air Force base to intercept and identify Flight 77. The C130 reports it is a B767, ( however, it is suppose to be a 757 ), moving low and very fast. Later on you'll read where an eye witness sees not only the C130 but a F-16 in the air serveral minutes before impact.
9:38 AM - Flight 77 rams into the Pentagon?
Note: at 8:56 AM - Flight 77 was lost on radar, no tracking data is available after 8:56 AM, a full 42 minutes before supposedly impacting into the Pentagon. However, if the plane was supposedly lost on radar, how could three F-16's take of at 9:30 AM above and National Airport instructs a C-130 to intercept the 757? Were these the truthful times these planes were ordered up? And note that the C-130 is already in the air. The above is a 3D rendering,( actual size of plane as compared to building ) of how Flight 77 would have struck the Pentagon based on trajectory calculations made by the FAA. You would think that a plane this size would have made more of a slice through the Pentagon than it did. Most important, if the 757 was coming in from this angle, how did it make a "perfect" slice into the Pentagon? One puzzling fact is that the FAA reported that they lost radar contact with Flight 77 at 8:56AM, yet they are able to provide a trajectory of how the plane hit the Pentagon? Am I missing something here? The FAA may have lost contact, but NORAD COMMAND did not. This has been proven at 9:30 AM above. Here is a report from an eye wittness of what he saw. It was reported by Barbara Vobejda, a Washington Post Staff Writer on Tuesday, September 11, 2001 at 4:59 PM. Please note his description of the plane and number of passengers in BOLD. This is an actual eye wittness. when he saw a silver commuter jet fly past the window of his 14th-floor apartment in Pentagon City. The plane was about 150 yards away, approaching from the west about 20 feet off the ground, Patterson said. He said the plane, which sounded like the high-pitched squeal of a fighter jet, flew over Arlington cemetary so low that he thought it was going to land on I-395. He said it was flying so fast that he couldn't read any writing on the side. The plane, which appeared to hold about eight to 12 people, headed straight for the Pentagon but was flying as if coming in for a landing on a nonexistent runway, Patterson said. "At first I thought 'Oh my God, there's a plane truly misrouted from National,'" "Then this thing just became part of the Pentagon .‚.‚. I was watching the World Trade Center go and
then this. It was like Oh my God, what's next?" He said the plane, which approached the Pentagon below treetop level, seemed to be flying normally for a plane coming in for a landing other than going very fast for being so low. Then, he said, he saw the Pentagon "envelope" the plane and bright orange flames shoot out the back of the building. These three photos are photos from the actual time of impact of the supposedly 757 hitting the Pentagon.
These are from the security camera at the checkpoint to the left of the building that for sometime the FBI said was not working. Look at the graphic below, this is the size of a 757. Do you see the size of a 757 jet anywhere in photo (1) shortly before impact? Instead you see something with a "fin" on it. Notice the enlargement in the circle. Burning jet fuel is usually a dark orange and full of soot, just like what was seen at the WTC towers. The flames however in these photos are initially a bright white, which implies plenty of oxygen, which implies a bomb. They then turn orange, but yet still white. Why hasn't anyone questioned the color of the flames and the color of the soot? My question, did a 757 plane actually hit the Pentagon or was it a smaller one, or perhaps a missle trying to shoot down the smaller commuter hijacked plane that we never heard about being hijacked? Or could it have been a bomb from inside? Keep in mind that the location the 757 supposedly hit, was convienently temporarily closed due to repairs, and hardly no one was really in there. In addition, you can see computer monitors and other items inside that should have been burned and melted if a large 757 with fuel burning at nearly 2000 degrees had hit it! Could it have been a heat seeking missile chasing a smaller hijacked commuter jet? Another fact is that the so-called 757 jet convienently crashed into the section of the Pentagon that was temporarily closed due to repairs, hardly no one was really in there. Was it actually a hijacked small commuter jet we never heard about that hit the Pentagon and Flight 77 was shot down somewhere else? Remember that from 8:56 AM until the so called 757 jet supposedly crashed into the Pentagon at 9:38 AM, radar and all ground stations lost the flight. However, how were F-16's and a C-130 ordered up to intercept the plane. If they didn't know where Flight 77 was, how could they know where to send the F-16's and C-130? See the map above and you will see the great distance that Flight 77 could have been shot down. This is 42 minutes of flying at high altitudes. And keep in mind that the area that Flight 77 was flying over contained very dense forest area for large distances. Pay special attention to this next photo. It is very revealing. Notice the top front where you see some sort of shiny metal like air conditioning shafts. If a 757 had hit the front, this metal would be black, charred and from the intense heat of jet fuel would have been twisted and buckled. You see that it is not the case. Instead, most of it is in near normal shape and is not black or charred. What does this show? It appears the explosion came from within the building outward as the impact photos above show. I believe this is proof that a 757 did not hit the Pentagon. That something else caused an explosion "outward" from the building. A heat seeking missle would have done this. In addition in various other photos of the this area, one can see computer monitors hardly damaged. The heat from the jet fuel of a 757 would have "melted" them. Yet, these air conditioning ducts are still shiny, not melted, not even a hint of black residue on them from an explosion. How does one explain this?
IMPORTANT UPDATE 2-24-05
CNN REPORTED ON SEPT. 11th FROM PENTAGON
NO PLANE HIT THE PENTAGON
Here is what CNN reporter Jamie McIntyre, reported LIVE from the Pentagon minutes after the plane supposedly hit the Pentagon
"From my close-up inspection, there's no evidence of a plane having crashed anywhere near the Pentagon.
The only site, is the actual side of the building that's crashed in. And as I said, the only pieces left that you can see are small enough that you pick up in your hand. There are no large tail sections, wing sections, fuselage, nothing like that anywhere around which would indicate that the entire plane crashed into the side of the Pentagon and then caused the side to
collapse.
Even though if you look at the pictures of the Pentagon you see that the floors have all collapsed, that didn't happen immediately. It wasn't until almost about 45 minutes later that the structure was weakened enough that all of the floors collapsed.
In this photo, could someone explain to me why there is a hole where something BLEW out?
Only a bomb makes an "explosion" outwardly like this. It makes you think what else we have not been told.
Notice this is some distance from the actual impact explosion. Note the "hole" to the left some distance from where the planes main impact was.

Do you see any debris of a 757 in this photo?
There is none. Also note that cremation of bodies begins at 1600 degrees. The jet fuel on this plane would have exploded and burned at over 2000 degrees. Yet, they claim to have identified and found all passengers but one body. If the fuel was burning at 2000 degrees, enough to literally cremate and vaporize human flesh, then how could they recover passenger bodies?
9:38 AM - NORAD says they were informed that Flight 77 has struck the Pentagon at 9:38 AM. Fighters were still 105 miles and 12 minutes away. - HOWEVER -
9:41 AM - According to timing devices on ABC, CBS and CNN TV news footage, the Pentagon crash occurred at 9:41:30 AM. Why the two minute descrepancy? What is not known is this. Supposedly, at 9:36 AM National Airport instructs a military C130 (Golfer06) to depart Andrews Air Force base to intercept and identify it. Golfer06 reports it is a B767, ( I thought it was a 757 that crashed into the Pentagon ? ) moving low and very fast. A well articulated witness confirms not only the C-130 but another aircraft, an F-16. This eye witness stated, "We constantly scanned skyward with our "eyeball radar," noting the sound of every jet engine seemed to make us jump. Fortunately, the only aircraft noise was the crisp distinctive ripping sound was of Air Force F-16's." So, were F-16's in the area?
There is a missing video of the actual impact. Hotel employees at the nearby hotel, sat watching a video film that the hotel security camera had taken of the crash in shock and horror several times before the FBI confiscated the video as part of its investigation. It may be the only available video of the attack. As to this date, the whereabouts of this video is unknown. The Pentagon had told broadcast news reporters that its security cameras did not capture the crash.
We now know that to be false. The attack occurred close to the Pentagon's heliport, an area that normally would be under 24-hour security surveillance, including video monitoring the whole front of the building..
FLIGHT 93
9:41 AM - Transponder signal from Flight 93 ceases and radar contact is lost.
9:42 AM - Mark Bingham, a passenger on Flight 93, calls his mother. "Mom, this is Mark Bingham," he said, nervously. "I want to let you know that I love you. I'm calling from the plane. We've been taken over. There are three men that say they have a bomb."
9:45 AM - Todd Beamer, a passenger on Flight 93, trying to call his family gets patched through to a Verizon supervisor. He informs operator that the pilot and copilot were apparently dead, 2 hijackers were in the cockpit, 1 was guarding 1st class and another was guarding 27 passengers at the rear of the plane. He says that they have voted to storm the hijackers and the supervisor hears before he hangs up "Are you guys ready? Let's roll."
9:48 AM - The Capitol and west wing of the White House are finally evacuated. Someone sure is slow getting people out knowing a hijacked airliner is headed for Washington 30 minutes earlier.
9:49 AM - F-16 fighter jets arrive over Washington, D.C. to perform Combat Air Patrol (CAP) over city. The fighters broke the sound barrier and traveled supersonic at 720 MPH to Washington, making the approximately 130 miles in 14 minutes.
9:49 AM - The Federal Aviation Administration finally halts all flight operations at U.S. airports -- the first time in U.S. history. The first awareness of a hijacking took place at 8:24 AM. American Flight 11 hit the North tower at 8:45 AM. This was a 21 minute timespan. Jets from Otis Force Base in Massachuetts could have intercepted the plane in 10-12 minutes, but didn't. It was one hour and 25 minutes before the government decides to shut down airports nationwide after they first became aware of the four hijackings.
9:49 AM - Pittsburgh International Airport flight tower is evacuated.
9:58 AM - Confrontation with the hijackers and the passengers begins aboard Flight 93. Emergency dispatcher in Pennsylvania receives a call from a passenger on Flight 93. The passenger says: "We are being hijacked!"
10:06 AM - Flight 93 crashes into a field near Shanksville, PA. It had, experts believe, flipped over on its back and speared into the ground at about 575 mph. This is 1 hour and 42 minutes after the FAA notified NORAD Command that the first plane, American Flight 11 had been hijacked. More than enough time to get jet fighters to intercept Flight 93. There is much debate whether the passengers on board forced the plane down, or that it was shot down. Many eye witness reports state that debris and human remains were scattered and found over a 7 mile square area away from the crash site. This does not happen when a plane simply crashes. Human remains float down and land in a wide area. This only happens when a plane is shot down. Yet, the government to this date swears that Flight 93 was not shot down by jet
fighters.
One last photo. New organizations overseas the next day were reporting 8 hijackings and 4 planes shot down.
Below is a video image from a news transmission from England the day after 911. Were there 4 other planes we were never told about?
I find all of this very disturbing. President Bush already knew hijackings were in place, and that the first
plane had already struck the Towers prior to arriving at the school. Then when he is told about a second plane striking the Towers, he sits there for 24 more minutes reading to the children and even telling a goat story to the children as if nothing of significance has occurred. You would think that the President would have excused himself immediately, or better yet, knowing what he already knew beforehand, cancelled the reading with the class and taken quicker response to possibly saving many lives and destruction of the Towers.
WHERE WAS PRESIDENT BUSH ON DAY OF ATTACK AND WHAT DID HE SEE WHEN?
There is another matter that is very disturbing to me. President Bush has given two different versions of how he found out about the 911 WTC attack. Pay special attention to those remarks in BOLD.

And my Chief of Staff, Andy Card -- actually, I was in a classroom talking about a reading program that works. I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower -- the TV was obviously on. And I used to fly, myself, and I said, well, there's one
terrible pilot. I said, it must have been a horrible accident.
NOTE: The first plane actually crashing into the North Tower was not televised until the next day! The networks had no feed of the first plane hitting the North Tower when Bush says he saw it. A lie? It could not have been the second plane he saw because of what Bush says next.
But I was whisked off there, I didn't have much time to think about it. And I was sitting in the classroom, and Andy Card, my Chief of Staff, who is sitting over here, walked in and said, "A second plane has hit the tower, America is under attack."

And therefore, we need to focus on the science of reading, not what may
feel good or sound good when it comes to teaching children to read. (Applause.) I'm just getting a plug in for my reading initiative.
Anyway, I was sitting there, and my Chief of Staff -- well, first of all, when we walked into the classroom, I had seen this plane fly into the first building.
NOTE: No network had televised the first plane actually crashing into the North Tower at this time, it was not until the next day that networks had the video! Bush was sitting in the classroom when the second plane struck the South Tower!
Bush continues, " There was a TV set on. And you know, I thought it was pilot error and I was amazed that anybody could make such a terrible mistake. And something was wrong with the plane, or -- anyway, I'm sitting there, listening to the briefing, and Andy Card came and said, "America is under attack."
First President Bush says he was sitting outside the classroom and saw the plane hit the tower on a TV. However, later, he says he is walking into the classroom and the TV is on and he sees it. You already know what the truth is there!
There is something wrong here and it is very obvious. The WhiteHouse has yet to explain this descrepancy to the media of which version is correct. My question is this. If he was sitting outside the classroom and there was a TV on...was there a TV on in the hallway of the school? No, there was not according to sources. The Presidential limousine has television and satellite phones linked directly to the White House and Pentagon. The following fact has been overloooked. It was not until the next day that the networks started televising the video showing the first plane actually crashing into the North Tower. NBC started transmitting "live" within one minute after the first plane stuck. NBC had a birds eye view of the Towers. Most networks caught the second plane hitting the South Tower "live", but this was not until 9:03 AM, when President Bush was sitting in the classroom in Florida. So, if the President was watching the first plane hit the tower sitting outside the classroom, it had to be "live." There was no way! No television network could have been televising "live" the first plane hitting at that time Bush says he saw it. And if it was "live", from what feed was Bush watching from? Was there a camera on the towers at the time of impact of the first plane from an intelligence agency that knew what was coming down? This leads to the question...DID SOMEONE KNOW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN?
After reading this timeline, there is only one conclusion that one can come to. Effective measures were not acted upon quickly enough to prevent the planes from crashing into the Towers and the Pentagon. Lies have been told in many instances. Was Flight 93 supposedly brought down by passengers as we were told, or was it shot down? Remember one important fact concerning Flight 93, human remains and debris were found over a 7 mile square area from the crash site. This simply does not happen when a plane crashes. The truth is there! When will the lies stop?
There was more than ample time to intercept the other planes. The question that must be asked is why? Over 3,000 lives at the Towers and the Pentagon could have been saved. It might have been at the expense of lost lives on the planes, and I do not mean for this to sound cruel, but sadly, they were doomed the moment they stepped on those planes anyway.
My last question is when will the lies finally stop from our own government? I hope that this column serves the purpose in bringing the truth to light so that Americans can see the "real" truth. At least I pray that it does.

It has been shown that if wind farms were put on less than 1% of American land, they would provide nearly 20% of our electricity, about what we get from nuclear power or from oil imports. If we used 2% of American land, we could do almost do away with nearly every nuclear power plant and would not be dependent on middle-eastern arab oil or the purchasing of Russian oil. Why are we getting in bed with Russia anyway? Russia is building two nuclear plants in Iran. This would Iran the ability to manufacture the bomb. Iran provides safe haven and supports terrorists groups including Al-queda. In addition, Russia has clamped down again on many of their democratic processes and civil freedoms for Russian citizens. I thought our present adminstration has stated that we will not tolerate any country that permits terrorism to breed. Well...Russia is certainly creating the capabilty for one of the most terrorists nations on earth to start world war three. Could someone tell me if I am missing something here? And thanks to the present adminstrations cancelling of wind farms funding to expand wind farms with grants, we can kiss that goodbye. So. we will continue to have to worry about global warming, air pollution etc. because someone wants America to purchase oil from Russia. Hello Washington...anyone listening?

CANCER CAUSING CHEMICAL IN FOODS
In October, 1998, I wrote my column, "Hydrogenated Oils-Silent Killers". I warned readers about the health dangers of these oils. I also explained that oils that have been hydogenated at high temperatures to fuse hydrogen into them, create various deadly transformed fatty acids and chemicals. Swedish reseachers have now identified a chemical, Acrylamide, a polymor type plastic that is used in the making of plastic and also a known carcinogen is a by product of baking or frying carbohydrates like french fries at high temperatures. The World Health Organization recently met with over 800 scientists to implement measures to validate the research studies. In upcoming columns, I will provide the latest updates, research and news on this. For the time being, I advise, avoid anything baked or fried at high temperatures, and especially foods containing hydrogenated oils.
NANO-PROBES
You know those nano-probes you saw in the series Star Trek series Voyager that were put in crew members bodies? They could go in and fix almost everything that was wrong with the crew member? Interesting now because those writers of that show must have had visions of the future. Reseachers are presently developing several methods ranging from using killed virus genes to actual micro robots to be able to enter the body and correct gene defects and repair organs, like cleaning out clogged arteries or removing kidney stones. At present technology speed of development, these new miracles should be in use within ten years.
FOODS THAT PROVIDE.....AND ABOUT WATER
Romaine lettuce is a source of a natural amino acid called tyrosine, it counters depression.
Tomatoes contain the amino acid phenylalanine, which slows the breakdown of endorphins of your body's feeling good chemicals. This may be why arithritics avoid tomatoes.
Chicken is rich in tryptophan, an amino cid that converts to serotonin, a calm inducing brain chemical.
Green beans are rich in folic acid which also raises serotonin. The folic acid also protects against breast cancer, colon cancer and helps to lower homosysteine, a chemical that if high enough in your body has been linked to causing a heart attack.
Brown rice, ( not white rice ), is high in B-6. It helps to convert tryptophan to serotonin, which when eaten for dinner helps you sleep better. Whereas, a white potato is a starch that can elevate blood sugar and keep you up at night if you eat it too late before sleep.
The myth that you should not drink anything as you eat. Well...recent studies show that you should drink as you eat for two reasons. It provides moisture to the food to decrease constipation and the most important...it helps to maintain your weight because incorporating it into the meal will decrease appetite and in some causes will help you to lose weight. And if you are drinking distilled water which has lost 100% of the minerals and trace elements, ( which is good because the body really cannot utilize the minerals in this form and in some cases can cause kidney/gallbladder stones and other health problems ), or reverse osmosis bottled water, you should be taking a liquid mineral and trace element supplement. This will insure that you are getting enough of these important minerals and trace element minerals like copper, magnenese, molydbedum, boron and others that have a huge impact on the immune system and other organs. You absorb nearly 99% in liquid form and the body is able to uses minerals and trace elements that re in liquid form. Liquids are assimilated directly into the bloodstream. However, tablet form of vitamins and minerals, you lose nearly 40% of it in the digestion process. You're more or less literally throwing about forty cents out of every dollar you spend on any tablet form of any supplement. Bottom line...get the liquids! You'll be more healthy and it will cost less in the long run.
Eating Right For Your Blood Type
Are you eating right for your blood type? There are four blood types, O,A,B and AB. Do you know there are certain foods you should be eating and some foods you should be avoiding because of your blood type?
