On March 26,1991, patent number 5003186 was filed and approved for the seeding of the upper atmosphere to reduce global waming. They, ( governments worldwide ) knew about global warming by 1985 and began to take steps such as this to try to reduce global warming by trying to control the weather. This has largely been kept from the public. Keep in mind though that aerosol spraying of the upper atmosphere has been going on since the Korean War. See below for details.

Abstract
Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming
A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions...(click on above to read entire patent).

How Has Chemtrail Spraying of Aerosol Chemicals Been Used?
In 1946, future pharmaceutical czar George Merck reported to the US Secretary of War, that he'd managed to weaponise the toxin extracted from the Brucella bacterium and to isolate it into an indestructible crystalline form using only the DNA particles.
Aerial spraying of the crystals via chemtrails was deployed on Chinese and Korean populations during the Korean War. Many veterans of the war later developed Multiple Sclerosis. The army recognized that the MS was Brucella-related and paid the veterans compensation. Although the Brucella micoplasma can lay dormant for decades, it can be triggered by vaccines. Vaccines have been mandatory in the US military since 1911.
Besides being linked to causing Multiple Sclerosis, this bacterium has been linked to a variety of diseases including; AIDS, cancer, diabetes, Parkinsons, Alzheimers and arthritis. In 2000, Dr. Charles Engel of the National Institute of Health stated that the brucella mycoplasma was probably responsible for chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia as well.
It Is More Than Just Spraying The Skies
Mosquitoes have been heavily tested as pathogen dispersal agents as well. In the 1950s, the Dominion Parasite Laboratory in Belleville, Canada was raising 100 million mosquitoes per month. They were then shipped to Queens University in Kingston and other facilities where they were infected with the crystalline disease agent.
In 1957 in Punta Gorda, Florida, a large outbreak of chronic fatigue was reported. The previous week a huge influx of mosquitoes was reported. The National Institute of Health stated that 450 persons became ill with chronic fatigue within the month. Many such tests have been carried out on civilians over the last 50 years.
Viruses and Vaccine
I'll get back to the chemtrails information in a minute...but this is important.
Dr. Maurice Hilleman, Merck's current chief virologist, stated recently that the Brucella pathogen is now carried by everyone in North America and possibly the world. I wonder why? Have you been tested for the Brucella anti-bodies?
In 1993, Dr. Shyh-Ching Lo, senior researcher at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology patented several virulent strains of mycoplasma. He stated in his own patents that they cause chronic fatigue syndrome. The Institute is currently reconstructing the 1918 Spanish Flu, inserting it into contemporary flu strains and enhancing its lethality. The Spanish Flu killed 675,000 Americans in the 1918-1919 interval. Many of the dead were vaccinated soldiers. Anyone born after 1918 has no immunity to the Spanish Flu. Should this virus ever acidently be release, it cold kill of over two-thirds of mankind.
Dr. Shyh-Ching Lo, now a retired government scientist goes on to say that reconstructed versions of the flu could be inserted into vaccines along with a more benign strain of the inoculum in order to slow the progression of its more deadly component. Chemicals in the chemtrails reported nationwide over the preceding decade, may assist the viral envelope to fuse with lung cells, guaranteeing ease of penetration and infection. People will pass along the flu to others and then start dropping like flies. This will cause a panic demand for more flu shots, thus accelerating the cycle. Persons not so inoculated will be blamed for spreading the disease.
Since 9-11 all US airports have been under military control in cased you don't know that. According to one credible source, there is a project known as 'Cloverleaf' which uses domestic air carriers retrofitted with special tanks to spray civilian populations with a variety of chemicals.
In 2002 the Department of Health and Human Services purchased 286 million doses of vaccine from British supplier Acambis. The Washington Post reported in September of that year that the entire population of the United States could be vaccinated within 5 days.
That same year, the Department og Health and Human Services drafted a law known as The Model Emergency Health Powers Act. The Act can demand that any individual be vaccinated. Failure to comply will be considered a felony. Does everyone remember the "War Powers Act?"
New Genetic Vaccines Could Cause The Extinction of All Vaccinate Life on Earth The latest wonder cure promoted by the medical establishment is genetic vaccines. They are hailed as the last line of defence between humans and mycoplasma. But Dr. Rebecca Carley declares that the DNA components in these vaccines can be incorporated into our own DNA which in turn could cause the extinction of all vaccinated life on earth.
Nearly two dozen microbiologists around the world have died violently in the past few years. Some were working on DNA sequencing. The most famous was Dr. David Kelly who died in July 2003. Working for the Mossad, Kelly orchestrated the defection of Russian microbiologist Vladimir Pasechnik, who had been working on a doomsday biological weapon capable of destroying one third of the planet's population. How would it be delivered? Bu chemtrail spraying by airplanes in the upper atmosphere.
In October 2004, Dmtry Lvov, head of the Russian Virology Institute declared that up to one billion people around the world could die during the next pandemic. It would appear that the human herd is about to be culled in spectacular fashion. For whatever reasons, the now dead, but murdered microbiologists wouldn't go along with the program.
In order to ensure maximum confusion, an edition of the New York Times from January 2002 reported that the US government had seen fit to declassify hundreds of germ warfare cookbooks. Although Lee Harvey Oswald's bank account information is sealed for another 50 years, federal agencies have been routinely selling biowarfare documents to researchers through the Internet and even over the telephone.
The Times reported on the dangers of tainted vaccines as far back as February 1962. It turns out that the polio vaccines of the 50's & 60's were virally contaminated with diseased monkey kidney tissue, possibly accounting for the huge spike in cancer cases thereafter and also for the introduction of the first strains of the HIV virus causing AIDS.
There Are Other Toxic Vaccine Ingredients
In May of 1987 the austere Times of London reported on its front page that the smallpox vaccine administered by the World Health Organization had triggered AIDS because it had used tainted monkey tissue from scientists in Africa that were developing biological warfare viruses. HIV started out as a biological warfare virus. 100 million vaccinated Africans were at risk. Areas with the largest amount of inoculations showed the greatest concentrations of AIDS cases. Robert Gallo was quoted in the article as endorsing the figures and stating that, "AIDS researchers will keep their mouths shut because they are paid to do so."
In 1992 WHO director David Heymann stated that, "The origin of AIDS is of no importance to science today."
Here again is the direct coverup of keeping the truth from the masses.
The Times has also reported that Gulf War Syndrome had been positively linked to vaccines. More than 100,000 veterans currently suffer from the syndrome contracted in 1991 during Desert Storm. Did you know that 20,000 veterans have died so far from the Gulf War. Bet you didn't know that. Was this intended genocide of Americans?
In 1995 the Catholic charitable organization Human Life International accused the WHO of attempting population control in Africa and elsewhere.
In April 2000, The Washington Post newspaper reported that the pharmaceutical leviathan GlaxoSmithKline sponsored experiments on children at Incarnation Children's Center in New York City. Children as young as four were given multi-drug cocktails. In other experiments, six-month old babies were injected with double doses of a measles vaccine. More than 100 orphans and babies were used in 36 experiments. Several of the babies died.
This sort of experimentation has occurred with increasing frequency. Last year the Environmental Protection Agency received $2.1 million from the American Chemistry Council to conduct studies on children from impoverished families in Duval County, Florida. The children will be exposed to a variety of known toxins over a two year period. The study will determine how chemicals are absorbed, ingested and inhaled by children ranging in age from infants to 3 year olds. For taking part in the study, families will receive $970 and a tee-shirt.
Bottom Line - Are Vaccines Worth The Risk of Your Children's Health? - - - NO - - -
Many parents believe that they cannot enrol their children in school without having them inoculated. But vaccines have always been voluntary. Dr. Zoltan Rona says that parents must demand exemption forms from school administrators. Exemptions can be made for spiritual or religious reasons. Rona states that parents may have to insist on having a vaccination waiver or declination form, and then have it notarized in order to present to school officials.
Ponder this truth. In the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association vol. 284 July 26, 2000, it is stated with astonishing frankness that American medical doctors are responsible for 250,000 deaths per year. Half of these deaths are attributed to the negative effects of wrongfully prescribed drugs. What you may not know is the literal translation of the opening statement of the Hippocratic Oath that doctors make a declaration to Apollo to do no harm. In the Greek vernacular, the word Apollo means "destroyer."
What is very interesting is the fact of the statement that former National Institute of Health director James Shannon who stated, "The only safe vaccine is the one that is never used." What is even more chilling and awakening is when President George W. Bush, on October 13, 2006, in the middle of the U.S. Presidential debates, Bush emphatically declared, "I haven't got a flu shot and don't intend to."
How to Stop The Flu Dead in Its' Tracks...
In 2006, Reuters carried a very interesting item published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Harvard researcher Gerhard Scheuch stated that nasal inhalation of a simple saline spray can stop the flu virus and tuberculosis dead in their tracks. For reasons perhaps best known to Merck and others, this potentially life-saving information was never made public nor did not it receive wide repoting on in the major media press.

I am becoming very concerned of what is occuring in America. Americans because of the economy, high unemployment, taxes and other issues are listening to the wrong people on how to fix our problems. Start making a difference by putting the right people in Congress to effect the must needed changes. And I'm sorry, I am not talking about these new Right Wing Tea Party Activists that have about has much brains as an ant in running our government. You elected President Obama for change, however, we must finish the job with like minded people as President Obama that see the urgency of correcting our problems. We do not need any idiots in Congress like Sarah Palin and why America are you making her a millionaire by purchasing her books and going to seminars that pay this woman $250,000 for an appearance. And now she has a TV deal for a syndicate travel show. Have people lost their minds supporting this woman in this way? A person that points to Russia and makes a statement like she did about foreign policy that is well...I think everyone remembers that not too bright blunder down insanity lane. No wonder people in Europe call some Americans stupid!
I want to make something very clear and want everyone to understand something that is being totally ignored by these right wing activist nutcases. President Obama did not create the problems we have today. The problems we have today were caused by the last 2 years of the Clinton administration and the last eight years of the the worst President this country has ever had. I am so tired of hearing President Obama this and President Obama that, why doesn't he do things. It is very simple, he can't clean up ten years of the worst government administration overnite since the Reagan administration, who by the way opened up pandora's box by deregulating the banking industry, i.e. the financial mortgage blow up of 2009. And yes, we have some old cornies in Congress that are not doing what they should be doing, but America, that is your fault. You have set on your behinds for the last ten years before Obama and let this mess occur by not paying attention to what was going on by Republican controlled Congress prior to this Democrat controlled Congress.
The problem today is very simple, these politicians who let this happen are simply arguing over political definitions of which party is right to supposedly sovle these problems, however, none are sitting down and coming to common ground with common sense decisions to correct our problems today. America, you need to start calling, emailing, faxing your present elected officials and tell them your opinions and you've had enough of the standard quo-quo in Washington and you want something done today to bring the jobs back from to America, truly solve our energy problems with green renewable energy sources, and a health care program that every American, man, woman and child has medical care, even if it is provided by the government. Do you know that we are the only western style democracy in the world that does not have a national health care program for all its' citizens. How backwards America still is in to many things and one of the reasons why is, for too many years, this country was being controlled by the religious right wing in this country and thank God that is no longer.
Wake up America...a huge dung pile of crap was laid on our country for ten years by two Presidents, and you expect a President that has only been in for only over little a year to magically wave his wand and everything is fixed? If you are that stupid to believe that can be done, then you are really in na-na land and that in itself explains why we are in this mess today, because of people like you. If you are not offended by that comment, then you are one of the "smart" people that know exactly what I mean by that comment and understand with "real" intelligence what our problems in this country are and that they are not going to solved by people parading down streets with rifles holding up signs saying, "get rid of the bums in Washington." The buck stops with you, the American voter, but you have to make those accountable you have put in office and the only way you are going to do that is to pay attention to what they are and are not doing and correct them on it. If you think by voting in any one of these Tea Party candidates is going to solve our problems, think again! We will have a bigger mess and these people will simply in time fold into the Washington quo-quo mindset of, oh, we can do what we want because once I'm elected, no one is paying any attention to what I'm doing.
Stand up and when needed, call an idiot an idiot like Barney Frank did in Congress when he asked that woman "From what planet are you from", when she make her ignorant statement about death camps in the health care reform bill. And guess who started that rumorSarah Palin! DO I need to say any more about Sarah Palin? Stop and think about it. The Republican party is fighting among themselves and with the Tea Party Acitivists of what the Republican party should stand for. This in itself should cause you to pause and say to yourself... none of these people really know what they are talking about and they certainly do not have the best interests of Americans as their foremost concern to solve our problems. Do they? Instead they are fighting among themselves about political difference and none of them are really offering viable solutions in solving our problems, are they? The infamous Karl Rove is attacking his own party members. The Republican Tea Party Acitivist woman Angle in California who won the Republican primary, wants to abolish Social Security and the Eduation Department. What planet is this woman from I ask? And you should be asking yourself that same question. If the Republicans in on control of Congress this November, Mitch McConnell will be in charge. Banking and Insurance companies will be in control again. Senate committees wil be investigating President Obama all the way from his birth certificate to "death panels", and nothing will be accomplished in solving our problems of high unemployment, bringing the jobs back home to America, energy, or a proper health care program for all Americans. The choice is yours America. Chose wisely this November. Am I saying that the Democrats have all the answers or will get done all that needs to get done. No, however, the other choice is even worse. We need to stay on top of those in office now and voice our voices loud and clear to them in Washington this is what needs to be done. That is something that Americans have not been doing for the last ten years. One voice can become millions, but YOU must start that one voice and becoming a Tea Party Activist whose members have no viable solutions to our problems except get rid of everything is no solution.
And here are my thoughts on the new Health Care Bill that was passed.
I am so tired of hearing people bash President's O'Bama's health care program. Actually it IS NOT the one he wanted. He and the Democrats ahd to compromise on so of the most important things that needed to be done to get it passed. It had to be passed. Our current health care and health care insurance system was on a collison course of complete failure, not to mention people were literally at the mercy of insurance companies. What he wanted was a National Health Care program, similar to the same health insurance coverage that he and every member of the Senate and House has. He was trying to eliminate and get insurance companies out of the health insurance business and of insuring LIFE. Insurance companies need to be insuring cars, homes, commercial companies etc. etc. They do not, should not be in the business of insuring LIFE. When I said LIFE, I do not mean life insurance. I mean people being at the mercy with their lives of the insurance companies. We need to have a National health Insurance Tax, do away with the health insurance business and this tax would provide health care, dental care, presciptions to every man, woman and child in this country. Call it socialized medicine if you want, but it is the only way that every American is going to get the health care they need. People wanted change, that is why they elected President Obama, but when it comes down to really changing, Americans do not want to accept what must be changed in this area.
There is another issue concerning the cost of keeping a person who is terminally ill for prolong periods of times on life support, tube feedings simply because family members do not want to pull the plug. Nearly one-third of Medicare costs today is for this very thing. This is what is bankrupting Medicare. Everyone wants to keep dear old Mother and dear Father or brother, sister or child alive as long as they can. The problem is who is going to pay for it? To keep such a person on life support, tube feedings, 24 hour medical care in a medical facility can cost anywhere from $1,200.00 to as much as $5,000.00 a day. We can no longer afford this. People need to be allowed to die with dignity without prolonged agony and pain because they are on life support because loved ones do not want to let them go. Babies that are born with serious defects, nature needs to take its natural course without extraordinary and expensive intervening. They should not be put in extensive care, have expensive operations for defective organs or other serious problems. Only 1 out of ten such children live more than 5 years, and during those 5 years many go trough agony surgeries, pain and suffering. Yet we can spend nearly a million dollars on such care. Wny? Because parents cannot accept that a child has been born with physical defects. Currently, there are over 35,000 adults that have severe Down Syndrome in this country. Over half are in institutions and are on Medicaid and are costing nearly $100,000 dollars a year each to take care of. Who is paying for this. No one, because this cannot go on, it will bankrupt our government. When they were born, extraordinary measure were taken to "keep them alive". Here is an example. A couple of years ago, there was a baby born in Los Angeles to a spanish couple and the Mother was on Medicaid already because she had health problems. She have birth to a baby that had serious defects. In today's health care climate of the fear of Doctors and Hospital being sued for not providing care. This hospital and doctor took ordinary measures to keep the baby alive having two operations and was in the hospital for 9 months and then died. The cost to the taxpayer for this. $625,000.00.00 This cannot go on with situations like this. Normally, these babies would die within days. I know because my older brother years ago lost such a child and they refused to let the doctors take extraordinary measures. They knew that when both he and his wife died, who was going to take care of the child if it was still alive.
There are social mental changes that Americans are going to have to start changing in their way of thinking concerning such things. We simply cannot continue down this path like this.
The decision is yours. I pray you make the correct one America for all of our good. Come this November mid-term elections, do not think that by replacing members of Congress with so called "new blood" that is going to "fix" our problems. IT WON'T ! If you elect these idiots into office, you will only create more problems. What you need to do is start wriitng letters, getting petitions signed in your local neighborhoods with specific things you want addressed and get them to your presently elected Congressman. Put the pressure on them, regardless if they are Republicans or Democrats or Independents presently in office. But electing idiots into Congress will only create more problems. Please America start using some common sense instead of listenting to a woman that started this mess using a TWITTER account of all things.
And last....Job Creation, Healthcare Reform, Energy Reforms - These Need To Be Addressed NOW!
I have written extensively why we must brings the jobs back home to America. Cut all the tax credits these corporations are getting for moving jobs overseas. Make America the manufacturing giant it once was. Over the last 12 years we have lost over 11 million manufacturing jobs in this country. I have written that we need futher Health Reform and Energy Reforms in this country. We are on a collision source that either of these, Global Warming if not contained or Health Care Reform is not done, either will cause a depression. If you have not read my columns on these issues, I hope you will to read the facts as to why we must have these reforms. Also, my next column is going to bring to light the poor quality crap that corporations are having assembled in Mexico and other places, like appliances, refrigerators, stoves all because of greed. Did you know that hardly no refrigerators are made in the U.S. anymore and none of them warranty rusting and they only warranty the sealed systems like compressors n ow for only one year, when they used to for 5 and ten years! It is going to be a real shocker folks! Start buying made in USA people. Click on the MADE IN THE USA image at the top of the website for links to websites that list companies still making products in the USA. Remember Sam Walton, Founder of Walmart. He had these
huge signs at the front of each store that said, "We only sell what is made in the USA." Within a year after his death, his heirs changed that philosophy that created jobs in America. The signs came down and Walmart started forcing companies to go overseas to make their crap cheaper for Walmart. Result, the loss of
over ten million jobs over the last ten years.

When sharing this information, I leave the decision on to you, each individual reader. These are extraordinary times with advancements taking place daily in areas like healing, longevity, intelligence, communication, and gene therapy, however, and I stress this, great advancement comes great responsibility. Should we choose to leave that responsibility up to someone besides our self, then are we not giving away the fundamental right to be a healthy individual. This statement is true simply by its' very nature of truth. The decision to do nothing, know nothing, or care not, literally gives another permission to continue doing what is being done to our Mother Earth by corporations, governments and last mankind. Preservation Act, and the 2005 Weather Modification Research and Technology Act, have expanded the authority to conduct aerial spray
operations over U.S. territory for a wide variety of purposes.
1954-1975: "Vietnam Era" - U.S. involvement in Southeast Asia leads to military research, development, and deployment of aerial spray
operations for a wide variety of military objectives on the largest scale yet seen, with the application of Agents Orange, Blue, White, Pink
and Purple, etc., to millions of acres of Southeast Asian territory.
1974: U.S. Navy Secretary, acting for U.S. Government, patents a highly efficient powder contrail dispersing technology for emitting from
high and low altitude aircraft.
1984: The U.S. documentary film SECRET AGENT, brings to U.S. audiences video footage of aerial spray operations in Vietnam and the
United States, and interviews it includes with Vietnam veterans and their families about health consequences for people on the ground.
1988: Then-Vice President George H.W. Bush allegedly gives secret orders to the CIA to revive the long-dormant MK-ULTRA mind
control division, which had supposedly been ordered shut down by Congress in 1963. This division will reportedly be involved with
human-implantable chip technologies, according to allegations made by Dave Larson in 2009 (see Larson in the 2009 Timeline).
1989: The Treaty of Open Skies (TOS) is initiated by George H.W. Bush. This proposal will allow foreign pilots flying on United Nations
aircraft to legally overfly U.S. territory; presumably to verify military data as per START international agreements.
1992: The Open Skies Treaty (TOS) is signed in Helsinki (signed for USA by Secretary of Defense, James Baker).
1992-93: TOS is supported by Clinton Administration
1993: TOS is officially ratified by the U.S. Senate.
2000: The Official Department of the Air Force response to queries about chemtrails reads in part: “the term “chemtrail” is a hoax that
began circulating approximately three years ago which asserts the government is involved in a joint federal program of covert spraying of
the public . . . There is no such thing as a “chemtrail” – the natural contrails are safe and are a natural phenomenon. They pose no health
hazard of any kind.”
January 2000-July 2001: Clifford Carnicom receives the first official refusal from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for his
request to analyze sample(s) collected underneath an aerial spray operation (“Fibrous Substance Sample”; refusal letter requires 18 month
response time form date of request.
March 2001: Retired U.S. Army General Al Cuppett, a former insider of the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, blows whistle to U.S.
military Central Command about the presence of Russian (and possibly foreign national) pilots that are using United nations aircraft for their
spray operations, conducted through aerial spray operations above the U.S. mainland. Cuppett alleges this activity dates back to 1993,
when the Treaty on Open Skies was officially ratified by the U.S.
January 2002: TOS is officially in force after Russia and Belarus complete their ratification processes.
2001-2006: Samples are collected on the ground underneath aerial spray operations and analyzed by numerous civilian investigators in the
USA (Idaho, GA, and other locations), The samples reveal a wide variety of heavy metals, toxic chemical compounds, bioengineered
fungi, and other biological active materials in the samples collected.
Note: The difference between a contrail and chemtrail is the time limit. Chemtrails last for long periods of time in the
atmosphere/skies.
2004: First reports of an anomalous disease dubbed "Morgellons disease," begin to surface. It is named "Morgellons" because its
reported symptoms of fibers protruding from the skin are supposedly similar to symptoms reported in the 1600’s by a French physician
named Morgellon. No one seems able to accurately diagnose what causes this mystery disease.
2004-2006: the U.S. Center for Disease Control says that patients reporting these symptoms are most likely suffering from “delusional
parasitosis and recommends people suffering with Morgellons to be referred to an psychiatrist for mental evaluation. CDC maintains this
posture for four years in the face of mounting criticism and contrary evidence.
2005: The Weather Modification Research and Technology Act further legitimizes and expands rationale for aerial spray operation above
the U.S. mainland. Thus, the Act includes regulatory statutes for vector control and mass aerial immunizations in addition to weather
modification dispersion of specific chemical "chad materials."
2006: Samples of fibers and other materials are removed and collected from 24 participants, located in various global locations. All 24
participants are reported to have anomalous Morgellons-like symptoms. The samples were sent to Dr. Hildegarde Staninger (Integrative
Health Systems, LLC), and analyzed by four (4) independent laboratories. Initial findings determine that the fibers are silicone based with a
two part polyester resin of acryolin and methylmethacrylates. The findings also reveal no biological substances are present. Subsequent
findings from these and additional samples taken from individuals within a wide geographical area of distribution all indicate the presence of
advanced nano materials (extremely small manufactured materials). The nano materials are found to contain elements of patented
weapons-grade nano materials. These weapons grade nano technologies are found in fibers removed from lesions in humans, as well as in
fibrous "cotton candy" like material collected on the ground and observed floating down through the sky after aerial spraying operation in
Texas, USA.
2006-2008: Center for Disease Control continues to equate "Morgellons" disease: with delusional parasitosis, and continues to recommend
treatment by a psychiatrist.
2007: Allegations "not confirmed" of a new federal policy allowing vaccine makers immunity from prosecution for damages from aerial
spray operations conducting vaccine research on American public without permission (under guise of pathogen/biological countermeasures
Homeland Security program).
2007: Under these (federal) acts and the current testing for pathogen countermeasures, the general public may be exposed to these
countermeasures without permission for USDA Vector Control, Domestic Preparedness, and Weapons of Mass Destruction

2008: Argonne Labs Midwest Center for Structural Genomics describes a protein structure they nickname "dragon protein" for its
resemblance to a dragon's head (molecular branding). A similar shape to this "dragon's head" is revealed in the micrographs of fibers
removed from lesions in patients with Morgellon's symptoms (Dr. Hildegarde Staninger's, private photomicrograph collection 2006 to
present).
2008: The CDC changes its policy about Morgellons syndrome. It stops defining this syndrome as a sign of likely delusional parasitosis,
and defines it as a condition of unknown origin, possibly associated with Lyme's disease. CDC announces it is forming a working study
group for Morgellons, not due to report to the public until end of 2010 or longer.
January 2009: (Science Daily) nanoscale Origami from DNA. Harvard University scientist reports "We can now build a diversity of
nanoscale machine parts. Functional devices should be possible."
(Actually, somebody already has built a diversity of nanoscale machine parts. Eight years earlier in ADVANCED MATERIALS, 2000, 12
No. 24. December 15, "Silica Nanotubes and Nanofiber Array," Dr. Wang describes various silicon based nano tubes that are used in
nanotechnology. These are very, very small machines, to small to be seen with the naked eye, which can self assemble into larger machines.
Currently these machines are being utilized in SencilTM technology by USC and licensed to Hewlett Packard and other companies. Note
the shapes of Nano Claw, Chinese Lantern, and tongued silicon tubes. These shapes are significant for all Chicken Little students
because the same or similar shapes have been observed in micro photographs of materials removed form humans with anomalous
Morgellons-like conditions.
January 2009 - present: Obama Administration continues aforementioned policies of previous administrations. The consciousness that
deploys aerial spraying operations against the American population does not seem to be much affected by the change in administration.
March 2009: Dave Larson, former CIA biomedical technology program contractor, alleges that implantable biomedical devices have
been deployed domestically for surveillance and torture under secret program reinstated by George H.W. Bush in 1988 and running
unchecked and unreported to Congress through March 2009. Also alleges that government polices on the "war on terror" and detention
were crafted specifically to avoid criminal prosecution for illegal use of these technologies against Americans.
June 2009: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) develops a text on the Guidelines for Advanced Nano Materials Exposure
and Toxicology. It states that the document and toxicological risk assessments on advanced nano materials will be completed in 2013.
June 2009: (6/11/2009) director-General Dr. Margaret Chan of the World Health Organization made the declaration of a Phase 6
"Pandemic emergency" regarding the spread of H1N1 Influenza.
June 2009: Studies by College of Environmental Science and engineering, Ocean University, Qingdao, China show that manufactured
nanoparticles can be toxic via interaction with proteins and enzymes, demonstrating these nanoparticles may have neurotoxicity. These
results confirm the findings of Dr. Hildegarde Staninger in USA:

Recent studies conducted by the College of Environmental Sciences and engineering, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China (Z.
Wang, et. al.) have shown that manufactured nanoparticles can be toxic via interactions with proteins and enzymes. Acetylcholinestease
(AchE) is a key enzyme present in the blood, brain, and nervous system. Zang et al report significant results of absorption and inhibition of
AChE by specific nanoparticle, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and single-walled carbon nanotubes, showing that these nanoparticles may
have neurotoxicity.
July 2009: CIA Director Panetta briefs Congress about a secret CIA program never disclosed regarding surveillance and torture, running
allegedly "from 2001 until the present." Congressional investigation may or may not be forthcoming.
September 2009: Reuters reported Verichip was given two exclusive patents for biosensors that detect viruses. They will be used as
implantable virus detection systems in humans, and will combine with Verichips implantable human radio frequency device to track humans.
The scope of this effort is made clear by the University of California "Industry Homeland Security Network" notice 9/3/2009 about
biological countermeasures, available at Biological Countermeasures which says that
smart dust sensors for removal of surveillance and detection of a variety of chemical and biological agents are the focus of programs at a
variety of American institutions.
WHAT EXACTLY IS SMART DUST?
SMART DUST is a generic name for systems that combine nanotechnology, biotechnology, and advanced communications systems
(microelectomechanical sensors, or MEMS) for a variety of purposes. The online dictionary Wikipedia as of 2009 defines "smart dust" as
"hypothetical" just an idea, we don't have it yet).
And yet, on its website, the company DUST NETWORKS writes: Dust Networks, the leader in standards-based intelligent wireless
sensor networking (WSN), provides ultra low-power, highly reliable embedded systems to the world's leading sensor manufacturers and
market visionaries who recognize that "smart dust" embedded inside their sensors is the star of a paradigm shift in their market.

"SMART DUST" is way past the "hypothetical stage." It is increasingly a hidden facet of modern life.
September 2009: Dr. Staninger, in presentation to the National Registry of Environmental Professionals of her findings regarding advanced
nano materials and their observations in humans, warn: "Mankind is at the initiation point of determining the toxicological mechanisms from
exposure to advanced nano microbic materials."
October 2009: History Channel presents a documentary entitled "Weather Weapons." The documentary describes chemtrails and aerial
spraying operations since World War II.
December 2009: Morgellons Research Foundation, main steam information clearinghouse; for Morgellons patients, lists more than fifteen
thousand humans reporting Morgellons symptoms in its database. In an online radio interview (2006), Dr. Hildegarde Staninger reported
an estimate of 60,000 symptom bearers in the USA, 100,000 world wide. Databases in Italy have estimated their population to have 5 per
day new case, thus 1,825 new cases per year since 2006.
December 2009: MEGA CORRUPTION SCANDAL AT THE WHO.
In the past decade the WHO, in order to boost funds at its disposal entered into what it calls “public private partnerships.” Instead of
receiving its funds solely from member United Nations governments as its original purpose had been, WHO today receives almost double
its normal UN budget in the form of grants and financial support form private industry. The industry? The very drug and vaccine makers
who benefit from decisions like the June 2009 H1N1 Pandemic emergency declaration.
December 2009: Preparation for the Winter Solstice 2009, Return of the Light:
Early efforts underway to develop countermeasures hold real promise. It may really become possible to deactivate and/or mitigate this new
modern assault upon our freedom to evolve our bioelectric and genetic capacities without the presence of un-invited parasitic-like machines
in our bodies. Ultra-modern and ancient natural healing methods are being applied in far scattered corners of the earth, as we the people
begin to realize this is actually happening NOW in many parts of the planet. Our bodies are reacting to it, and it is beginning to look like we
may all live downstream of this "stuff" already.
None of these space age technologies that are the new whiz-bang toys of aerial spray operations are essentially evil. They each have
wonderful life-enhancing applications for which they could be used. It is only a matter of true intent and counter intent. We just need them
to be programmed and regulated by a consciousness that values LIFE, that is ALL.
May the Return of the Light bring purification to even the darkest corners of human consciousness.
May we of the nations, tribes, and families find leaders who don't want to remain silent and profess ignorance when the people are sprayed
without permission; may we the people find the courage to defend our future generations, even if at a cost of one family at a time against
this war upon the most beautiful creation in all the galaxies of LIFE.

Global Warming has been an issue of mine since 1997 when I wrote my first columns, alerting my readers to melting ice caps due to carbon dioxide levels increasing in the ice at the poles! In ten years, it has increased over 400%. This is what has been causing the ice caps to melt. All you have to do is view satellite images of the poles from ten years ago to last year, we have lost over 35% of the ice caps. We have lost major ice glaicers all over the world, providing drinking water and water for farming. In China, they are facing huge food shortages because (4) of their major ice glaciers providing water for farming in their main farming area have melted! If you have not read my columns over the years, I urge you to and support measures to end man made global warming. And to this day, we still have ignorant, stupid people out there that still say there is not such a thing as global warming. Good Lord, just look at the weather changes. Do you need to be hit over the ahead to wake up to the truth?
