4 (8) ounce beef cutlets - london broil
1 14 1/2 ounce can dice tomatoes
1 10 ounce can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 bottle of Italian Dressing
2 teaspoons miced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 teaspoon lime juice
Approx. calories 540 per serving
Preheat oven to 375. Mixed liquid together. Place cutlets in glass pan. Pour liquid over cutlets. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve with pasta or rice.
