SAVORY MILLET AND POTATO STEW Serves 4 Recipe from DL DEWEY Approx. Cooking Time 25 minutes |
5 cups chicken broth 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 cups each, carrots, cauliflower 1/2 cup red bell pepper 1 cup diced red potatoes 1 cup uncooked millet 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1.4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 large onion, chopped finely 1 cup 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| Heat broth and soy sauce to boiling in large pan. Stir in ingredients. Heat to boil, reduce to medium. Cover and cook 14-16 minutes stirring occasionally until millet and potatoes are done. |
