1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Tomato Soup
1 soup can water
1/4 cup salsa
2 small cap green chilies
Tortilla chips
Shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese.
Sliced green onion
Sour cream
Calories 300 per serving, 3 grams fat
In a saucepan. combine soup, water and salsa. Over medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally, cook 5 minutes. Add Torilla chips, cook another 5 min. Makes about 2 ½ cups or 2 servings.
