1 small onion, chopped 1/4 cup
1/3 cuup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil leaves
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Carlories per serving 15 Calories, .25g Total Fat
Mix all the ingredients togather in a NONMETAL BOWL! Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
