HONEY LIME FRUIT SALAD

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup frozen (thawed) limeade concentrate
4 teaspoons poppy seed -- if desired
4 cups cut-up fresh fruit
1/2 cup slivered almonds -- toasted
Calories 130 5 grams fat, (31% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 22g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 3mg Sodium
Mix honey, limeade concentrate and poppy seed in medium bowl. Carefully toss fruit and honey mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.
