RANCH BEAN SALAD

Approx. Cooking Time
15 minutes
1 can ( 16 ounce ) chick peas or green peas
1 can ( 15 ounce ) red or kidney beans
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
( make sure it is free of any hydrogenated oils ) or
Combine 1/2 cup mayonaise, ( made with olive oil )
with 1/8 cup vinegar and salt & pepper to taste
6 thin wedges of red onion ( about 3/4 cup )
Carlories per serving 300 Calories, 45 from fat
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Serve immediately. Referigerate any leftover, delicious next day!
