CHEESY TUNA AND NOODLES

2 cans 6-8 ounces of White Albacore Tuna
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
6 cubes of chicken flavoring in 16 ounes of water
1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 cup frozen Oriental-style mixed vegetables
1 cup green onions cut in 2-inch pieces
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup ( not made with hydrogenated oils )
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cupes of medium egg noodles - cooked
Approx. calories 325
Generous dash ground nutmeg 1 can (about 6 ounces) tuna, drained and broken into chunks. Prepare noodles according to package. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook vegetables and garlic powder 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often. Add mushroom soup, cheese, milk, pepper and nutmeg. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in reserved noodles and tuna. Heat through, stirring occasionally
