In Beaumont Texas, someone cares enough to open up her home to the homeless. That person is Delores Davis. In addition to the 12 kids she calls her own, she is also a foster parent, she brings the homeless into her home. Her rules are strict, no drugs, no booze. Delores believes the most important thing that a person needs to be a productive person in society is a place they can call home. That is what Delores provides, a home and all the love and support of one.

Delores has had a recent problem though. Beaumont Mayor David Moore claims Delores is violating city building codes and moving people in without permits. He is creating all sort of nightmares for her. Delores is simply trying to do what the city should be doing for these people. Come on Mayor Moore, don't be such a pain in the arse. Instead of fighting her, why don't you do something to help the woman. Delores dream is to make the world "homeless". God Bless you Delores! Delores I award you my Angel Award.
