The Senate voted on Friday, February 12th, 1999 whether to convict President Clinton of the impeachment charges of
Perjury and Obstruction of Justice.
The results are posted below for each Senator.

Listed below are the addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of the
100 Senators of the 106th Congress in 1999 at the time of the vote.

THESE ARE NOT CURRENT U.S. SENATORS for the 107th Congress elected in 2001.

There were 45 Democrat Senators and 10 Republican Senators
voting NO to Perjury Charges.
Senator Arlen Specter, Republican from Pennsylvania originally abstained from the Perjury vote, but later changed it to NO and
also voted NO to the Obstruction of Justice charge.
